Park at Your Own Risk – Liability Disclaimer

The Landlord, Property Owner, Management, and its affiliates will not be liable for any loss of or damage to any vehicle, accessory, or personal property left therein, nor for any injury to or death of any person in or upon the car park, howsoever caused—whether by theft, vandalism, fire, water, act of God, or the acts or omissions of third parties.

Use of this parking facility constitutes acceptance of these terms. Vehicles are parked at the sole risk of the owner or driver. Management assumes no duty of care, custody, or control over the vehicle or its contents.

Our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use apply to all parking guests, including when you scan to register at the facility.
